Nice well equipped cottage. Great location. Convenient for Fort William, Nevis Gondolas, Mallaig and lots of other places of interest.The cottage was warm and well maintained. Another pleasant feature was the Jacobite steam train passed the garden twice a day.

Cottage was suitable for our stay, location is beautiful but the property is very dated especially the bathroom, the shower really needs to be updated as the water literally tricked out, wasn’t immaculate but it was passable. The main downside for us was the total ignorance and inhospitality of the owner who we never saw once, we rang on the day of our arrival as advised in the itinerary to let them know our arrival time to be answered with a blunt “the key will be in the door for you” no “have a safe jiourney” or “we’ll see you when you get here” absolutely nothing and once there we didn’t see the owners the whole time of our week long stay and considering we have 2 dogs who we walked at least twice a day from the cottage they didn’t even try to catch us then and didn’t even knock on us to let us know who they were or if we needed anything just to call on them and after the bluntness of the phone call we felt they wouldn’t be very approachable, not really a welcoming feeling and spoiled the atmosphere a little.
