Fantastic cottage in a spectacular location. The views are amazing, and we enjoyed watching a huge variety of birds visit the bird feeder in the garden. There is a lovely cafe and a well-stocked Co-Op a few minutes away in Brora. We had a wonderful week.

We booked owl cottage for my family and friends to bring in the new year! The cottage was excellent. The view is spectacular and the the house was spotless, it had absolutely everything you could need in there for cooking to washing clothes the wood for the fire. Just as our holiday came to an end we were hit with one of the worst snow falls the area has seen in years. We contacted the owners to explain we were stranded and they couldn't have been of any more help. They put us in touch with the farmer Gary who was amazing he got us to the local store for groceries and eventually even ploughed the road to get us out after the few days of being snowed in. We were worried about road closures ect and the owners were fantastic allowing us to stay until required more worried about our young kids or that it had ruined our trip then anything else! Honestly if you are looking at owl cottage deciding if you should book or not hit the button and get it booked! Thanks again Mr & Mrs Harvie we will see you in the summer ☀️
