Five minutes’ walk from the seashore, this cosy, detached holiday cottage enjoys panoramic views of Macleod’s Tables to the east and the sea Loch Pooltiel to the west. A super area for mountain biking, climbing, kayaking, fishing and much, much more. Take a trip to Dunvegan Castle, the colourful island ‘capital’ of Portree, Talisker Distillery or travel to the south end of the island fondly called ‘The Garden of Skye’. Here you can visit Armadale Castle and Gardens or explore the unspoilt coastline and perhaps catch a glimpse of the vast array of wildlife. For the less energetic, just sit back and relax and watch the ever changing, stunning scenery from the cottage windows. Shops 1.5 miles, pubs 9 miles and restaurant 4 miles.

Great place to get away from normal life. The local shop was brilliant and well stocked. The property had all you could want. Issue with a dripping tap in kitchen area, pillows were not great and toilet seat needs repair or replace. Access to property is poor as road is breaking up where you turn into property low cars would not get in without some damage to underside. We have a 4x4 so no issue for us and would go again.
