loved our cosy caravan although it wasn’t very clean for our arrival, sand on coffee table, fingerprints on few things and a big rip on the sofa cushion. would have been better had there been abit more in it I.e dish cloth,tea towel, bin liners , toilet roll, soap - or to have been told these wouldn’t be there but overall we enjoyed it , bed was comfy , shower was big and living room was spacious and cosy.

Caravan was not fully clean when we arrived. Reported to reception and a quick yet pitiful effort was made to resolve the issue. We settled with cleaning ourselves, realising that general standards were poor. Paid extra for upgrade yet located with worse view/ location than other group members who paid less. We were told this was a booking issue and nothing the site staff could do to address.
