Modern, recently refurbished (2019) holiday home in a quiet location in Dornoch. Within a few minutes’ walk from the town centre and golf club.This holiday home is semi-detached with private entrance and private back garden. Rooms are on 2 floors. The ground floor: The lounge offers guests two settees, smart TV with Freeview channels and a big south facing window bringing in lots of good natural light. The modern kitchen/ diner is equipped with an electric oven, electric hob, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, electric kettle and 4 slice toaster. The dining area has a table for 4 guests, patio door to access secure back garden. The store consists of a large cupboard for storing golf clubs.

A coolbox & beach towels are provided. The first Floor: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets with lights, chest of drawers, wall mounted mirror, double wardrobe with plenty storage space and an alarm clock. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinets with lamps, double wardrobe and mirror. The bathroom is equipped with a bath with electric air boost shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Outside there is parking to the front of the holiday home for 2 cars. There is a small front garden and secure back garden with gravel. There is an ironing board and iron, hairdryer, travel cot (own bedding required) & high chair.

The house has electric heating throughout. Wi-Fi is included. There is a selection of books and games.
