Eden House is a lovely property located in Conon Bridge, a small hamlet town of Corntown in the Black Isle. Boasting stunning views overlooking farmland towards Mar burgh and the market town of Dingwall. This cottage sleeps eight people perfect for a family get away or a getaway for a group of friends. Leading into the property is a large porch area with seating perfect to kick off those boots after a long walk or have some private time curled up deep in your favourite book. From the porch you then go into a large hallway with a storage cupboard, a cloakroom with basin and towel rail and WC, and stairs leading up to the first floor. Continuing downstairs you’ll find yourself in the ground-floor master double bedroom which features a wall mounted TV and an en-suite shower room, ideal for those with limited mobility. Continue into the open-plan living space, boasting a well-equipped kitchen with a 5-ring gas hob, a high-level double oven, dishwasher, and a fridge freezer, whilst the back door of the property has ramp access if needed. Also here is a snug living/dining room which features plush furnishings and a dining table where you can sit and enjoy a freshly cooked meal all together, as well as French doors leading out into the garden in this space too making it a spacious and light open room perfect for everyone to relax in. The first floor comprises three inviting double bedrooms and a family shower room complete with freestanding roll top bath and a separate shower for option. Last but not least is the spacious first-floor sitting room, complete with high ceilings, plush sofas, and a gas log burner- cosy up next to the fire with a hot chocolate and your favourite movie on the TV. With only a short walk to the nearest store (0.6 miles) and 1.7 miles to the nearest pub enjoy an evening in or out whilst staying at this lovely property and enjoy Scotland, or travel over to the famous city of Inverness only a 20-minute drive away, where you can explore all Scotland has to offer including Inverness Castle, the River Ness, and the Inverness museum and Art Gallery. John O’ Groats trail is situated in Inverness. Walk this iconic route with incredible views of Scotland’s shorelines and cliff tops, providing access to shops and restaurants at the end of each stage of the walk and some work is still ongoing. For nature and wildlife lovers, observe stunning views across Easter Ross to Ben Wyvis, Tollie Red Kites provides close-up views of some of the most graceful birds of prey, here you can watch volunteers feed the birds every day from a specially converted farmstead building. Visit the Touchstone maze 15 minutes’ drive away in Blackmuir wood – a collection of ancient Scottish stones, or climb up to a remarkable stone labyrinth and find some far-ranging views across the mountains of the north. Eden House is sure to be a memorable experience for all.

Conon Bridge is a small village situated in the Scottish Highlands, sat next to the River Conon, home to a local shop, a Post Office and a bar. The neighbouring village of Maryburgh hosts a wider choice of amenities, whilst the market town of Dingwall and Inverness city centre are just a short drive away. Conon Bridge is a lovely spot for a rural retreat.
