There's plenty of room, pretty good standard of cleanliness, and a reasonable level of equipment. We had a few issues and Anthony was very responsive, welcomed the feedback, sorted out all but one within a day. If you are very tall, you might find the sloping ceilings in the bedrooms annoying, but it wasn't a problem for us. Conan Bridge is a great location, drier than much of Scotland and no midges to speak of. It has bus and train connections and good roads that mean you can head for wherever has the better weather. We'd stay again.

We were a family of 6 adults and one child. The house was a great size' very spacious and with a double bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom, my son and his girlfriend had some element of self containment which was nice for them. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need and the washing machine was very handy. Plenty of toys/games and the large dining table was great for the family meals. Highly recommend.
