Accommodation Comprises:

Steps lead to the deck and French doors that open into the living area. Once inside, the accommodation is on one level.

Enjoy beautiful leafy views and lots of natural light in the open-plan living area and kitchen. Glazed doors between the interior and timber deck provide a seamless transition from indoors to outside, allowing you to enjoy the outlook in all seasons.

The seating area has a two-seater sofa, two tub armchairs, and a Smart TV, complemented by a soft rug to create a cosy ambience.

Clever kitchen design makes great use of the space with a long bench providing both space to prepare meals and as a dining table with four upholstered stools. Appliances include an induction hob, air fryer, kettle, and toaster.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with drawers underneath for storage.

A second bedroom has two single beds, each with a reading light. High-quality bedding and bed linen aid a restful night's sleep.
