Sandwoodway Cottage - perfect for those wishing to visit the very top NW Corner of Scotland and lying within a couple of miles or three of the actual NC500 Route. Fabulous views abound and there are sufficient local resources, shops and eateries to survive within a short drive. Enclosed garden safe for dogs and kids. Comfortable and very well equipped - two en-suite shower rooms and a separate Bathroom would make it perfect for two couples or indeed families with older children. Plenty of hot water and underfloor heating made it cosy all day. The owners provided all the essentials including Dishwasher Tablets, Washing Liquid for dishes and the Washing machine and an abundance of Loo Rolls. Great to have a Tumble Dryer too which doubtless is really useful for those experiencing foul weather. We were, however, blessed with a Sun filled week which made visiting the stunning beaches, 3 within an easy mile or so walk, an absolute pleasure. Crystal clear seas which for brave souls made for a refreshing swim invigorating mind and body! It is remote - peaceful and quiet - however if that is your desire then it can make a perfect place to stay. Cosy up to the open fire with a good book and a wee dram - some folks Heaven if that is what you are seeking. We loved it.

Excellent cottage in a quiet location. Perfect for a get away from it all stay. Plenty of walks and quiet beeches. Scenery beautiful with lots of good roads and places to visit. Highly recommend and hopefully we will return. Cottage was very clean and had everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay.
