Our 1st day/night we had no hot water and miminal heating and had to cancel our plans for that evening as we had to wait for the maintenance team and then a plumber. Finally rectified 6 hrs after our arrival. Not the best start to our holiday. No compensation offered as owner thought that was a reasonable time despite us wasting the first night of our holiday hanging around to let folks in. The heating is underfloor and takes between 4 to 6 hrs to regulate therefore not ideal. We also had an issue with the sheet on one of the single beds. Whoever put that on would quite clearly have noticed the stain but obviously thought that was ok. Luckily there was only 3 of us so did not need to use that bed. A hoover would also have been useful. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
