Head along the hall and into the open-plan living space to sink into the plush cushions on the large corner sofa, a snug spot to wind down in front of the TV and wood burning stove. When you're not dining out in the town, gather around the stylish dining table here to enjoy a home-cooked meal, with a sleek, fitted kitchen equipped with all you need including an electric oven with a gas hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and with the assistance of a dishwasher to clean up too! Enjoy spending time out in the enclosed garden, perfect for letting the dog stretch their legs, and with seating here too, it makes a lovely spot for some evening drinks, with a garage outside that can be used for storage of bikes. Find three lovely bedrooms to settle down in after a busy day, choose from the master double which features large fitted mirrored wardrobes, a further double or a king-size (which can be rolled back to be a single on request), all served by the family bathroom which is home to a bath and an overhead shower. The town of Aviemore is scattered with a host of restaurants and pubs to visit, perfect for a special occasion, and is home to the Aviemore Ring Cairn and Stone Circle, dating back to 2400 BCE, it makes a unique stop during a refreshing morning walk. Delight in a journey along the Strathspey Steam Railway and experience a 10-mile journey through stunning countryside with the choice of afternoon tea as well, you'll be transported back in time within this vintage marvel! The Craigellachie Nature Reserve is a wonderful spot for scenic walks through birch woodland, open glades and tree-fringed lochs, with four walking trails to choose from and relish the serene solitude of the Scottish Highlands. A great day out can be had at Rothiemurchus Highland Estate, with a 13th Century castle to explore along with a fantastic array of outdoor activities on offer; feel excitement with a quad bike adventure, practice clay shooting, let children take on the tree zone challenge, go fishing, embark on a river adventure and even head out on a pony trek, all this and much more so you're sure to find something for everyone!
