I had a fantastic week stay at West Bothy. It was lovely, clean and the kitchen very well stocked. It is quite remote so being able to cook was an added bonus. The views from the bothy over loch sunart were amazing. Although remote the nearest shop at Salen was very well stocked and easy to get to. The community shop at Kilchoan was closed during our stay but I think the new shop will be open soon. It was lovely to meet Alan the owner during our stay. His recommendations on where to go and what to do were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and very much looking forward for to another trip in the future.
