Lovely clean cottage with a beautiful view of the Marina. Cottage has everything you need for a break, comes with a welcome pack which consisted of a pk of biscuits and a bottle of wine ????might have been better with a pint of milk. No wardrobe storage in the bedroom and bed was incredibly creaky, could possibly do with a spray of WD40 ! Parking wasn't the best, either had to park on the street, which was very busy as there is a pub right behind the property, or try the pub car park. As a wheelchair user the property itself was ok but access was difficult due to raised or dropped drain covers both on the street pathways and in the cottage court yard. Would recommend the property to others.
