About this property

This is a 2-bedroomed caravan, sleeping 4. The double room has a king-sized bed, an en-suite toilet and sink and a good-sized wardrobe - as well as storage around the bed. The twin room has 2 single beds (bunk-sized), a wardrobe and some shelving.

There is a shower room with a toilet - you'll need to bring your own toiletries, but we will leave toilet rolls.

All the rooms have their own radiators, and the caravan is double glazed - so it's cosy all year round.

The kitchen area is well equipped, including a fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave with grill, toastie machine, filter coffee machine, as well as glasses, mugs and a dining set. The dining table will seat 4 people.

The lounge area has a Smart TV linked to Freeview. We don't currently have private WiFi, but you can link the TV to your phone and use the Smart features. In 2024, we will have WiFi installed.

The caravan is in a quiet location but is close to the bar/restaurant in the park as well as the children's play area.

Of course, many people come to St Andrew's to enjoy the beautiful coastline as well as the numerous excellent, world-famous golf courses nearby. The holiday park sits on the Fife Coastal Path, so there is a fine selection of walks/runs straight from the door.

The walk to East Sands Beach takes just a few minutes on the coastal path and will also lead you to St Andrews.

Our 4 night bookings start on a Monday and our 3 night bookings start on a Friday. Bookings of 7 nights or more can start on either a Monday or a Friday.
