We’re just back from a fabulous 3 night stay at Newton Manor and we’re missing it already! I booked it for a family birthday celebration, there were 10 adults and 3 children. Oh, and 4 dogs! The pictures and description don’t do the house justice. It is gorgeous and soo big. Not once did we find we were on top of each other. The games room was amazing for the kids and the adults enjoyed a game of pool and darts too. Beds were super comfy with lovely bedding and fluffy towels provided. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We loved eating together in the dining room and then playing games later on. Honestly, it’s a lovely big house that we’re already talking about booking again.

What a fabulous place ! The house was big, well equipped and warm. Having land attached to the house was a delight for our dogs and the children loved exploring and playing hide and seek. The host was exceptionally helpful and there are lots of things to do for all the family nearby. Falkland, Crail, Pittenweem and Ellie are all worth a visit.

A large house and privately positioned. The house is well equipped for a large group with more than adequate facilities for entertainment and relaxing. It's location is excellent for a wide range of activities (or in-activities, if you prefer) and Fife attractions. The host was very accommodating and welcoming with a generous welcome pack. Highly recommended.
