The property is set directly on the Fife Coastal Path, making it perfect for walkers and lovers of the outdoors, as well as for those wishing to take a boat trip across to the Isle of May. The local area also has some world-class golf courses including St Andrews, which is just 10.5 miles away. Other attractions worth visiting include Kellie Castle and Garden, 3.5 miles from the cottage, Eden Mill, with its gin tours, an 11-mile drive, Kingsbarns Distillery, 7.5 miles away, and Scottish Fisheries Museum, a 1.5-mile stroll.

This semi-detached bungalow has been lovingly fitted and finished. From the entrance, you find yourselves in the hallway, which then leads on to the two bedrooms, one twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) and a king-size bedroom.
