The only criticism I have is that the unit was a bit cramped. It is apparently for four people, but lack of storage space meant that the two of us used the second bedroom to put our belongings. Having said that, the site has been very well designed and it was really quiet despite the proximity to the motorway.

Small but perfectly formed.Stayed for 3 nights in the Logstack with my wife and teenage daughter. This delightful little lodge in the walled garden of Kinnel House the former rectory/vicarage was a delight. Despite being within 100m of the M9 it was very quiet and tranquil. No traffic was audible in the accommodation. The gardens had a lovely pond and were home to a number of squirrels. The accommodation was comfortable with 2 small bedrooms. A shower room and living area with a kitchenette. It was well stocked with everything you could need. Full cooking facilities were also available in the guest kitchen next door. The location gives easy access by car to Edinburgh, Glasgow or Stirling. There is an Aldi supermarket market, pub and take aways within an 8 minute walk.
