The home was well equipped, peaceful and very comfortable. We had a much needed relaxing few days - talking, playing board games and pool (games and pool table were a bonus). The owner had thought of everything and we even had a plate of scones and other goodies waiting for us on arrival. We visited Falkirk and Grangemouth for a few things but were happy to potter around the home. We saw some wildlife too! We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again before long.

Plenty of space to relax and unwind . The hot tub was clean and a joy to use . Having just returned from a weekend break with my 6 of my friends celebrating our big birthdays , we had a lovely , time and thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated lovely , Shieldhill Farmhouse . The owners Suzannah and Alistair were very helpful to make our stay a memorable one . Would definitely recommend this jewel in the crown and would most definitely return. Thanks again .
