Set in a traditional Scottish tenement with views across the historic royal mile, this tasteful and modern apartment provides a great place to relax after a long day exploring the city.

The open plan lounge is quirky and bright with floor to ceiling windows boasting stunning views. Entertainment facilities include a 43 inch plasma screen internet TV with DVD player and an antique piano. There is a handmade family dining table with seating for six.

The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances and utilities for self catering including an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots/pan, plates and cutlery.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

Individually designed, the three bedrooms comprise two king size beds and a double and have varied views over the Royal Mile. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests.

The Scottish Room is a cosy double room with a window seat.

The Art Room is aptly named on account of its array of artworks on the wall and has a king size bed – which can be converted in to two small doubles – and a leather sofa.

The Royale Room is a luxurious super king size room with its own en-suite bathroom room.

There is a fully tiled bathroom with 'P' bath and shower over with large shower head.

Other Things to Note

Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor level with no lift access. All beds are made up with high quality linens and towels are provided for your arrival.

A welcome pack is provided for guests on arrival and includes a range of gifts and goodies for your stay.

Availability

Check in is available from 3pm and we ask that the apartment is vacated by 11am on departure day.

Around and About

Our apartment is conveniently located only 2 minutes from the Waverly Train Station and the express airport bus and tram. It is a 2 minute walk from Princes Street, a 10 minute walk up the royal mile to the castle and 6 minute walk down the royal mile to the Holyrood Palace and Park.
