About this Apartment

Rossie Place is a luxurious self-catering apartment on peaceful Rossie Place at the top of Easter Road.  The Royal Mile and Princes Street are within walking distance and an excellent bus service is only a few minutes away.  Free parking is also adjacent and you'll find ample pay and display spaces just around the corner.  Ideal for business or leisure stays, the Apartment includes free WiFi, Netflix and a fully fitted brand new kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine.

Accommodation is on the second floor of a traditional Victorian tenement.

Recently refurbished to a high standard with a large double bedroom, a bright and spacious sitting room with piece suite converting into a sofa bed, a brand new kitchen and high ceilings throughout.

Ample storage, dressing table with hairdryer and hair straighteners, USB connectors for phone charging and a recessed Smart TV with free Netflix.

Other Things to Note

Two sets of keys are provided and a welcome pack is in your apartment on arrival.  Couples, families, friends sharing and solo travellers are all welcome.  We'll happily supply highchairs and cot beds for a small additional charge - please request when booking.  All apartments include unlimited free WiFi and all bedlinen and towels are provided free of charge.  

Just advise us if you are looking to arrive late or early.  We endeavour to be flexible where possible.  Amenities are all close to hand with shops and restaurants only a short distance from apartments.   

Availability

The apartment operates with Key Safe - guests are requested to arrive at a set time, anytime after 1pm.  Check out is any time before 11am.
