Inchkeith View is a well-received Edinburgh holiday rental, praised for its warm, light, and airy atmosphere with comfortable furnishings and stunning sea views. Guests appreciate the property's proximity to local attractions and public transport, as well as the thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and biscuits. While parking can be tricky and the communal entrance needs attention, the flat itself offers a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped stay, with many guests eager to return.

Guests consistently describe the flat as very clean, with no negative comments on cleanliness, indicating a high standard maintained by the property.

The location is highly praised for its beautiful views, convenience to public transport, and proximity to local attractions, though there is a minor note about the communal bins which does not directly affect the property's location quality.

Reviewers find the beds super comfortable and the flat overall very comfortable, with no negative remarks about the comfort of the property.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with a fully equipped kitchen and excellent amenities. However, a suggestion for additional hooks for wet coats indicates a minor area for improvement.

Guests mention thoughtful gestures such as biscuits and recommendations for local dining and attractions. While these are appreciated, it is noted that such personal touches are not guaranteed.

Again this is an enjoyable walk where you get a sense of how life used to be in this part of town. There are numeroius bars and restaurants including a few Michelin Star eateries which can be found in this part of the city. There are buses outside the apartment which is a direct line to Edinburgh airport also buses into the city centre.

When the tide is out and if the weather suits then just across the road and to the west, only a few hundred yards is Wardie Bay, regarded as one of Edinburgh’s best secret beaches. It is small, however it is perfect for sitting enjoying the sun on a summer’s day, maybe enjoying some fish ’n’ chips or an ice cream. Whatever the reason for your trip, whatever your styles and tastes, whatever it is that you may be into then this fabulous city has something for all and this beautiful apartment is no doubt a superb place to base yourself.

We picked Inchkeith View for a weekend in Edinburgh and to catch up with my niece who lives there. The information beforehand was detailed and we found the flat and accessed it without any issues. The flat was warm, light and airy and had everything we could need and more. The beds were comfortable, the sofa was spacious and we loved the sea views. There was information in the flat that covered everything. The tea, coffee and milk were handy and my niece appreciated the biscuits left for us. It was easy to walk to Ocean Drive and find the Royal Yacht Britannia and then to get a bus to Old Town to see People's Story museum. We'd driven up so used the car to get to Roslin Glen Country Park and Rosslyn Chapel but could equally have taken public transport. Would have been happy to stay here for a week and would recommend it to others.

The flat was absolutely first class and simply exceeded our expectations in every way.Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen seemed to have every amenity possible. The view was beautiful and sometimes spectacular. The location for buses or trams perfect for people in their eighth decade. The flat is very quiet and you see but do not hear traffic. Finally a small problem did arise (of my own making!) and I was able to speak to the owners and got a very nice and helpful response.Cant thing of any area needing or capable of improvement. I know more hooks! Otherwise thanks a lot for the opportunity to stay in Inchkeith view

Nice property with amazing views across the water. Tasteful furnishings throughout. There are very good restaurants close by. It is on a bus route into Edinburgh city and the airport, so easy to get around.Maybe the apartment could do with some hooks for hanging wet coats.
