Situated in a wonderful location close to Holyrood Park, 94DR Guest House in Edinburgh offers sumptuous bed and breakfast accommodation ideal for both couples and families. Our boutique rooms come in a choice of three styles, Couture, Bespoke and Tailored, and boast beautiful views over Salisbury Craggs, Arthurs Seat, our gardens and the Pentland Hills. Enjoy a delicious locally sourced breakfast during your stay which is served in our lovely Orangery and prepared by our fully trained chef. Or if you prefer a long lie-in, we can also provide breakfast boxes which can be taken in your room.

We offer a choice of seven guest rooms including The Bowmore Room with a super king-size bed, Victorian cast iron bath and beautiful views over Arthur's Seat. The Caol Lla Room provides flexible accommodation and can be presented as either a king-size or twin room and boasts a feature Victorian cast iron claw roll top bath. The Wee Dram Room is ideal for children and offers a set of bunk beds, toy chest, plasma TV and Xbox. This room can be booked to interconnect with double Tamdhu Room to accommodate up to four people. We also offer three luxury double rooms which offer views either over the garden or over Arthur's Seat. All guest rooms are well equipped with an ensuite, LCD TV and DVD player, complimentary toiletries, hospitality tray, iPod dock, bathrobes and free wifi service.

Cyclists are very welcome at our guest house and we offer cycle path maps and details of suggested trips for during your stay. We are also on hand during your stay to help you with restaurant bookings and purchasing tickets for the theatre or other attractions.
