Broomholm Manor is a beautiful holiday home in the Scottish Borders where the owners have given every consideration to your comfort in the recent refurbishment.

Downstairs:

Three reception rooms cater easily for a group, giving you the option of getting everyone together or allowing you to separate into separate rooms so some can chat while others watch TV or listen to music.

You'll love cooking and eating together in the open-plan kitchen/diner, where a log burner and sofa encourage guests to relax and keep the cook company.

The separate pantry has ample room for all your groceries.

A separate dining room is perfect for celebratory meals with all your nearest and dearest.

Upstairs:

There will be no fighting over bedrooms in this house! All rooms feature sublimely comfortable bedding and linens, gorgeous views, and a calming atmosphere.

4 rooms are large doubles with superking (6ft-wide) beds and an ensuite.

2 further rooms have a superking sized bed.

A bunkroom sleeps four and is ideal for kids and teens. The beds are adult-sized.

Two further bathrooms eliminate queues for a shower.

Outside: The manor house grounds include a patio with seating and a hot tub. A bridge leads over the River Esk to a private island, and guests have salmon and trout fishing rights.
