The house has a lovely terraced garden to the rear with large seating area including gas BBQ, which is ideal in the summer sunshine; while from the front of the house there is a small private patio with views out over the town to the hills and glimpses of the Dee Estuary, with it's busy harbour providing an ever changing scene of both working fishing boats and leisure craft.
From the property you can stroll to art galleries, bistros, restaurants & bars, the harbour and the dramatic tidal changes of the River Dee provide an opportunity to see different wildlife and birds on pleasant waterside walks.
Short drives will bring you to lovely sandy beaches, historic gardens, numerous golf courses, outdoor activity centres and a great array of walking trails too.

The house was the perfect size and location for our family Christmas and the facilities were excellent. All the rooms were a great size, and the driveway was large enough for our three cars. The host made us feel really welcome with some lovely Christmas decorations and we felt like we could reach out if we needed anything. The location was great with only a 10/15 minute walk to the town centre and all the shops. We had a lovely time and have no complaints at all.
