Wonderful holiday, our family is a outdoors and adventurous type and this holiday was just what we needed, late night bike rides beautiful beaches right near a Loch for paddle boarding 10/10

We have just come home from a 4 day break staying at Nunland Hillside Lodges. We had a nice time overall, few negatives to take away from the holiday, the lodge was very dated, in need of new beds, very creaky and so uncomfortable, the water pressure and reliability of being hot and constant was very testing, dated throughout, doors, blinds etcThe hot tub was great, lovely and clean which was good to see.The location was lovely, nice beaches within half an hour drive. The main disappointment for us coming away from the lodge on checkout, we had the lodge inspected which is common procedure, we had left the outdoor weather proof cushions on the seats, not realised, our dog had left muddy footprints on them, totally accepted liability and offered to contribute for cleaning, Tracy then came back and said it was a £50 charge! I know, as well as anybody reading this review that £50 is far too excessive for 2 cushions to be dry cleaned! I thought realistically £20-30 would have been more than enough.Anyway I'm not losing sleep over £50 but I thought I would leave an honest review! Overall, we did enjoy it, Tracy and Neil were accommodating and helpful, just that at checkout put a bit of a bad note on the trip.

Fantastic place to chill. Only negative is water pressure for showers seriously needs to be improved. Owner Laura very helpful.
