Unfortunately the bed and sofas let it down. The mattress either needs replaced or put a Panda topper on. Did not sleep well. Tried putting the single duvets under us. Made it bearable just. The sofa bed was impossible to sit on comfortably. Such a shame as otherwise it was perfect.

Very clean and has everything you need. We have had a very nice relaxing weekend, thank you to our host. Location is great, close to beach and local amenities. A visit to the Paul Jones is a must as the food is amazing!
