The caravan park itself is set within a traditional working farm with a lovely sandy beach just a few metres away. Heading north-east along the coast of the Big Water, the cheerful town of Gatehouse of Fleet (5 miles) has a choice of independent shops and eateries alongside historic landmarks including Cally Gardens, Cally Old School and Cardoness Castle. The north-western coastline leads up to the bustling Creetown (8 miles) on the River Cree, home to the Gem Rock Museum. Other local attractions include the Glenquicken Stone Circle, the Big Water of Fleet Viaduct and the Cairn Holy Chambered Cairns, all within 13 miles.

Three steps lead up to the decked area outside the cabin, and then into the light and airy main open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which provides an ideal space for you all to unwind in after an exhilarating day. The welcoming lounge features ample seating, a gas fire and a TV, with natural light streaming in through the large picture windows. A sweet dining area is to the centre of the room, alongside a stylishly arranged and fully equipped kitchen. Exploring this bright and spacious property further, you will have a choice of three cheery, tastefully decorated bedrooms: a lovely double and two charming twin rooms. The accommodation is rounded off with a refreshing shower room and an additional WC.

Stepping outside, the raised decked area of the cabin is enclosed and features ample garden furniture, offering a lovely spot for enjoying a BBQ as you take in the glorious views towards the Galloway Hills. Steps lead back down to the open grassy areas shared with neighbouring properties. Parking and bike storage are available, and guests will have access to a shared laundry.
