Located in Oban town centre, this first floor apartment is well-equipped and is ideal for those wishing to explore the west coast of Scotland by day and sample the variety of restaurants and bars in the evening. It is also a great base for touring Argyll and the Highlands. Oban is a small bustling harbour town and has a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. McCaigs Folly towers above the town and the distillery offers the keen connoisseur a chance to sample a wee dram. Regular ferry trips to Mull, Iona, Kerrera and Lismore leave from the harbour, and nearby Sea-Safari trips offer a chance to glimpse dolphins, whales and eagles, as well as the famous Corryvreckan Whirlpool. Nearby outdoor activities include fishing, golf and a variety of water sports, and there are numerous forest trails for cycling and walking. Fort William, Glencoe and Inveraray are within easy reach. Excellent position in the town. Great view over the North Pier area and well placed for the town, eating places and only 5- 10 minutes walk from the ferry terminal, bus terminus and station. Very good value for money. Everything you need is there. Comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. Not luxurious but ideal for family and friends. Would recommend to friends and family.

Only problem was the oven was smoking when I put it on it had obviously not been cleaned from last clients. Will definitely rebook .

The flat was well equipped, comfortable and clean. We had a friendly greeting from the owner.The flat is in the main town so there was some noise and parking outside the flat is on street. We ended up parking in a carpark as this was reasonable during the day and free at night.We had a lovely time I would recommend staying in this flat.
