With a Cold Water Therapy Barrel and a Scandinavian wood fired Hot Tub from where you can enjoy some star gazing, a large south facing enclosed garden and patio there is space for everyone. The house is situated in the scenic Lerags Glen ensuring peace and privacy but is still less than 3 miles from the vibrant harbour town of Oban, with views across open farmland and walks from the door. Within the same site there is a small children’s play area and The Barn, a rustic pub with plenty of character (open all year but restricted hours over the winter) . A good place to catch up over a drink and tasty local fare following the days adventures.

Oban, known as the Seafood Capital of Scotland, has a wide range of seafood & fish restaurants and an excellent fish shop if you wish to cook your own. A visit to the Green Seafood Shack on the quayside is a must for those who love their shellfish. The town is otherwise known as the Gateway to the Isles with the Calmac ferry terminal giving access to trips to Mull, Colonsay, Tiree, Lismore and Barra.

The town has an array of independent shops, including the must visit Oban Chocolate Shop, Oban Distillery, a selection of supermarkets, a cinema, golf course, swimming pool and a selection of other land and water-based sports facilities. With its own sandy beach for those looking for a traditional ‘seaside holiday’, numerous historical sites within easy reach including Dunstaffnage Castle, Inveraray Jail and for the horticulturist’s visits to Inveraray Castle & Gardens and Arduaine Gardens are a must. There really is plenty for all ages to explore.

Cloakroom with toilet & wash basin; Super King bedroom with zip n link beds (which can become 2 singles, please note your preference when booking) with ensuite shower room.
