The property is beautifully furnished and is well equipped. It is situated in a beautiful part of Scotland and also served as a good base from which to visit other places of interest. We enjoyed watching various vessels moving through the loch, including a submarine and a cruise liner! As the entrance to the property is behind other properties, the directions given need to be a bit clearer. Visitors also need to be prepared to park a few hundred yards on the loch side, rather than close to the property, as we found there were no empty spaces for us. It wasn't a problem for us but the description of off-road parking, at the point of booking, is a bit misleading.

Local pub with great food in Kilcreggan which is walkable on a nice evening. Cove Burgh Hall has first class entertainment worth booking a stay here to attend Book Festival or Beer Festival or Musical events.

We only had one roll of toiletpaper for 3 nights, which wasn't enough for us. Fortunately they sold it at the local shop.
