Glenfruin Lodge is a delightful semi-detached cottage situated on the west side of Loch Lomond, only two miles from the Loch itself. The interior is well appointed, spacious with vaulted ceilings;underfloor heating, wooden flooring throughout and there are traditional wooden shutters on all the windows. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a stylish with free standing whirlpool bath. There is a wonderful wood burning stove in the lounge with an oak beam mantle above. The large bedroom can be either a twin or super king and has patio doors leading out to the garden. The kitchen is full fitted and well equipped. Glenfruin Lodge has a grassy garden with patio area and outdoor seating. The property is ideal for a couple and given its fantastic central position, makes a great location to explore the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Glenfruin Lodge. Everything you could want, property was larger than we were expecting, and the spa bath was a definite bonus after a day spent cycling. Very private and enclosed garden which suited our Yorkie perfectly.Ideal base for exploring the area, and we’d definitely return if ever north of the border again
