Situated on the peaceful coastline of Loch Long, just a short ferry crossing from Gourock, the city of Glasgow offers a great day out with its many shops, museums and art galleries. In the local area you can enjoy fishing or scuba diving or if you would prefer some history then why not visit Castle Toward (16 miles). Lunderston Bay (13 miles) is a beautiful sandy beach with rock pools to explore and you will often find you are the only people there! Nearby Pucks Glen (5 miles) has some lovely walks and stunning waterfalls to discover, and for any keen gardeners Linn or Benmore Botanic gardens are a must. As you enter the hallway you will instantly feel warm and cosy with the underfloor heating that runs throughout, there is a lounge with wall mounted TV, comfy seating to kick back and relax at the end of a busy day out and about. The small open plan kitchen area within the lounge, has a small electric hot plate, microwave oven, toaster and compact fridge/freezer, it is well equipped to rustle up some breakfast and light bites.
