Outside this delightful cottage is a shared garden which has a raised seating area and furniture, giving you the chance to relax and unwind after a day spent exploring this beautiful peninsula. Across the road from the cottage is the village bakery and store and also a hotel. A short stroll brings you to the traditional harbour with stunning views across to Arran. Why not spend a day at the stunning beach just over half a mile away, or play the 9-hole golf course with its stunning views? Enjoy a stroll through the surrounding forests and maybe walk some, or all, of the 87 mile Kintyre Way, spanning the whole peninsula. The lively fishing village of Carradale is situated on the east coast of the Kintyre Peninsula. Many forest walks and two lovely beaches, one at Carradale Bay and the other at nearby Port Righ can be found close by. Also Carradale is a perfect base for exploring Kintyre as well as the numerous nearby islands of Arran, Gigha, Islay and Jura.
