Meandering along the side of the island, you can then visit the magnificent Ben More mountain before ending up at the village of Fionnphort where you can catch the ferry to the Isle of Iona for a further day of exploring. Throughout the house, there is a traditional seaside feel, particularly in the cosy living room that has brilliant antique brass portholes that cleverly light up to reveal painted ship scenes relating to the island.
