Lovely cottage in shaded peaceful location with private garden. Everything you could need and lovely welcome treats as well. Comfortable, homely clean and quiet. All we could hear was the geese flying overhead to the Montrose basin. The Estate is well maintained and there are other lovely holiday cottages with a more open aspect closer to each other and the road, which is very quiet. Would happily recommend and also go back again for a short stay

We had a lovely relaxing stay here. Beautiful property with everything you may need. It was in a lovely area, lovely beaches and a great base for days out knowing we had a comfortable place to return to. Owners were friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The grounds itself were lovely to walk around in. Beautiful flower gardens. My personal favourite was the wildflower garden. You can feel the love, care and investment gone into this property and on the grounds themselves. Lovely welcome pack too. We hope to return one day. We really had a lovely relaxing time and our little dog loved it too. Thank you!
