Our three-bedroom lodges can each sleep up to 6 guests and with being next to each other offers the flexibility for hosting 12 guests comfortably across both lodges, creating the ideal setting for any relaxing Scottish retreat. The ground floor comprises two spacious en suite double/twin bedrooms with hot tub, while the first floor is home to the 3rd bedroom and shower room and boasts a spectacular open plan fully equipped kitchen living/dining room, with French doors leading onto a large balcony offering magnificent scenic views of the glen.

Please note that the lodges are situated on a full working shooting estate. Deer stalking and game shooting mainly takes place throughout the autumn/winter season
Please note that there is no mobile phone reception at the lodges.
The pet charge is £30.00 per stay regardless of number of nights.
A house keeping deposit of £100 or £150 if you have pets is required per lodge on arrival this will be refunded within 7 days of your departure.

We had a brilliant family weekend at Kirkton Lodge celebrating my son’s birthday. The lodge itself was beautiful, spacious, and very well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptional, when we encountered a minor issue with a leak, they were on hand immediately and resolved it impressively fast. Their responsiveness really stood out and added to the positive experience. I’ve always loved this area.s. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and can’t wait to visit again!
