Presenting a perfect place to spend a romantic holiday with your loved one, you can wake up to sea and harbour views, with a fine golf course opposite too, and enjoy a quiet and secluded break. On arrival, take in the quaint sea-themed touches like the ship wheel perched outside and the mooring bollard with ropes strewn about to make you think you're boarding a ship, and then enter your home-from-home. An open-plan living space has been created beautifully with neutral hues and quality furnishings, with a seating area made up of plush sofas to curl up on with the TV for entertainment, with a dining area big enough to welcome some friends over for dinner. Over in the kitchen you can find all you need to prepare some excellent dishes, and in the summer head out to the lovely decked area for the ultimate 'dinner with a view' experience, complete with beautiful waterfront views - if you're lucky, you might even see some cheeky seals, who love to show off to local and tourists alike! Freshen up in the contemporary wet room which has an excellent shower as well as a basin and WC. Completing the ground floor is the harmonious double bedroom where you can catch your rest to prepare for the next day full of adventure as you explore this new area. Upstairs is a very unusual mezzanine level snug where you can enjoy some quiet moments with a good book, plenty of natural light flooding in through the Velux windows, which also let you take in the far-reaching scenes of the sea. When you don't want to cook in the evening, head to one of the several pubs in Cruden Bay to both indulge in a night off, with the village also hosting a convenience store for any essentials. Nearby is the historical Slains Castle, a 16th Century building still enjoying the command of the coast and offering a perfect reason to go out walking in this gorgeous area. Explore along the coast and reach other quaint villages and settlements, enjoy a round of golf at the Cruden Bay Golf Course which is opposite the property, or for some city life, head to Aberdeen in the car and take in a day of sightseeing in this University town, with a wider selection of shopping as well as lots for culture vultures like museums, art galleries and places of interest.
