With three delightful bedrooms, including two upstairs and one on the ground floor, plus a wheelchair friendly wet room, Oak Lodge perfectly accommodates the whole family, including those with limited mobility. Look forward to unwinding in the open-plan living area, comprised of a homely sitting area, helping you unwind after a day of rambling the hills. Into the kitchen you will find all the necessary appliances for a short break to the countryside, along with a dining table where everyone can gather to enjoy a fine meal whilst discussing how the day went. From the doorstep there are winding walks through the trees from where you can appreciate the views, look out for squirrels and listen to the wild birds’ songs. The village of Aberchirder offers an array of amenities including a Co-Op convenience store and a local pub. Further afield, the coastal town of Banff is well-worth a visit offering beautiful seaside views and activities like golf, visiting museums and manor houses and even an aquarium. Over in Huntly explore the castle and a wide range of shops and eateries, as well as being part of the famous Whisky Trail! Set in an unspoilt part of Scotland, this cottage has everything you could need for a relaxing break with your loved ones.

Aberchirder is a small village resting in the north-east of Scotland, home to an array of amenities including a shop, local pub and an Indian restaurant. Resting within the lovely Scottish countryside with many opportunities for walking and cycling all around, you won't be stuck for things to do. Nearby is the coastal town of Banff where you can explore Duff House, an 18th century manor house, before delighting in going to one of the many restaurants for a sea view supper.
