Private parking for 2 cars; 50 yards. No smoking. Please note: There are significant drops within the grounds of the property.. Perched on the cliff side above the charming fishing village of Collieston, The Breakers is the ultimate seaside cottage. The large picture windows drink in the uninterrupted sea views across the harbour and down to the pretty horse shoe shaped beach and cove. This unspoilt seaside village seems untouched by time. Small fisherman’ s cottages straddle the hillside and look down onto the picturesque sand and shingle beach. Small craft bob in the bay and lobster pots line the shore side. The Breakers has a large lounge with recessed sun lounge area which looks out across the sea from every angle. There are three attractive bedrooms, a bright, modern kitchen/dining room and a modern family bathroom. A door from the lounge leads out to an elevated decking area with uninterrupted views across the sea. Here puffins can be seen nesting on the rocks, seals play in the bay and on occasions whales and porpoises have been spotted close to shore. Simply idyllic! Pub 3 miles.
