Lying next door to the large country cottage of Claybokie, Garage Cottage is available to be booked for any extra guests joining the festivities, ideal for a small family or two couples. Enjoy spending time amidst the antique styling and homely decor in the open-plan living space; with an open fire in here to light on a winter’s evening, it's a peaceful haven away from the excitement of the larger group. After enjoying a meal whipped up in the kitchen and served at the dining table, settle down in one of two elegant bedrooms to rest before another big day, choosing from two delightful double bedrooms. Serving these two sleeping spots is the bathroom, where you can freshen up in the morning before taking a hot flask of tea out with you on a morning stroll of the pretty gardens overlooking the river. Enjoying stunning scenery in every direction thanks to being situated right in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, Braemar is a charming village offering a wonderful base for a Scottish country adventure. The village is home to a lovely selection of shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs, alongside the many opportunities for exciting activities, from golf, to mountain hiking, to skiing at the Glenshee Ski Centre, Braemar is a perfect choice for a fun-filled trip to Scotland.
