Alternatively, take the car and visit some of Northern Ireland's main attractions, such as the Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge and the Bushmills Distillery or hunt down some of the scenes in the popular television show Game of Thrones like Strangford Lough and the Dark Hedges. Head in the other direction and spend the day in Newcastle where the Mourne Mountains meet the sea.
