The cottage is perfectly positioned as a base to explore the stunning Yorkshire Wolds, North Yorkshire Moors and Coast. The beautiful Castle Howard is also a short drive and well worth a visit as is Burnby Hall in nearby Pocklington. There is a huge choice of attractions close by ranging from National Trust properties such as the Treasurer's home in York and Benningbrough Hall as well as lovely market towns to discover. Entering through the front door you will find the cosy lounge on the right with open fire and comfortable sofas, kick off your shoes, relax and enjoy a board game or your favourite film together on the smart tv/dvd.
