Good location to get P&R into York. Facilities good nicely laid out complex, with flowers and plenty of outside space to relax. Would have liked some general instructions in accommodation e.g. recycling and use of sauna/spa pools. Maybe not stay here again as, the living room and kitchen, felt like being in a goldfish bowl, due to facing the drive into the properties through the three large charming arched windows. Not helped by bridleway at back being frequently used by dog walkers and an on-site party held on the Saturday night we arrived. But that being said it was only a minor issue and the house was clean and had all required for a pleasant stay. And of course the location close to York coast and York attractions is the main reason we booked.
