Peach's Place is a holiday cottage gem in the Yorkshire Wolds just 10 miles from York.  Perfect as a romantic retreat for couples or for a family of four, this luxury single storey cottage is brimming with character wooden flourishes and charming exposed beams.  The open plan master bedroom contains a beautiful wood four poster double bed and luxury large double bath.  Peach's Place also has pretty patio area with glorious views across surrounding open fields.

The cottage is one of our five stunning Bricknell Cottages at Pear Tree Farm.  A shared games room is onsite containing a snooker/ pool table, table tennis table, air hockey and football table.  Secure cycle storage space is available, along with a few bikes for guests to borrow if they wish.  Beautiful country walks and bridleways surround the farm, making it easy to head off direct from your cottage door into the Yorkshire Wolds and local landscapes which have inspired the Yorkshire artist David Hockney.

Accommodation is all on the ground floor and the perfect blend of traditional features and contemporary style.  Exposed beams and unique wooden accents are throughout the cottage which retains its original character.  The cosy open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area leads into the two bedrooms.  In the kitchen you'll find all essentials including a dishwasher, a washing machine and a fridge with a freezer compartment. 

The open plan master bedroom has the real 'wow factor', featuring a lovely four poster wooden bed with luxuriant double bath. The second bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and both bedrooms contain LCD TVs and DVD players.

Outside to the front is a pretty patio area with views of open fields - the perfect space for al fresco drinks and dining during warmer summer months.

We're just 10 miles from York city centre with its many museums, specialist shopping on The Shambles, heritage landmarks and family attractions like Jorvik. Spectacular stately home estate Castle Howard is nearby, and the farm is a short drive from Bridlington and the heritage coast around Flamborough Head.
