The private and shared gardens are a highlight, with guests enjoying the tranquillity and outdoor facilities.

Great hosts and the cottage is set in lovely grounds

Paul and Maggie were wonderful hosts. Friendly and welcoming. The cottage is sited at the edge of the village so is a quiet place. The cottage is decorated and furbished to a very high standard internally whilst outside it has it's own private garden and access to a very large shared garden. Shopping complexes are a 15 min drive away should you need them whilst beautiful Yorkshire villages are well within easy reach including Easingwold and Helmsby. Market days are fun times but very busy. Overall we had a great time and visited the places we wanted to whilst having a relacing time. Mill Cottage is recommended.
