The cottage was clean and tidy with all that we needed. Wonderful cottage in a lovely location to explore the North Yorks Moors.

The beds are comfortable and the location is in a quiet, pretty village. It is suitable for one or two couples or those with an older child. Although on one level, it is not suitable for wheelchair users due to a very narrow bathroom. The rest of the cottage is spacious, though. We found the Wifi signal was a bit up and down, possibly due to the location. It would be good to have a few more instructions in the property in the information folder on things like bin connections, recycling etc. I'm sure this will be rectified in due course. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend wholeheartedly.

The owner was in contact to let us know how to get in the property and any other help we needed whilst we were there. It was a very comfortable homely property with comfortable beds (which are hard to come by in my experience) We loved the dining area with bi-folding doors giving us that feeling of being outside whilst eating meals. It really was a lovely, quiet base for us to explore the surrounding areas with our 2 children and we didn't want to leave when our stay was over!
