Hollybrook Lodges is a family/couples orientated park and does not accept any all female/all male groups, stag, hen, work parties, contractors or multiple lodge bookings without prior arrangement. If you fall into one of the aforementioned party types, you must call the park before you make a booking.
Please note: the park reserve the right to refuse entry to any of the parties not accepted if arrangements have not been made, prior to booking.
Day before arrival they will be sent information from the park directly. At check-in guests are to go to the main gate and ring a bell and they will be greeted and let in.
Arrival Information
If you are planning to arrive after 9pm, please inform the park before arrival to make arrangements. Please note that a limited number of early check ins and late check outs are available.
Accommodation Information
Towels/iron/ironing boards are included within your accommodation. Robes are available to hire at check in.
Please note: There are no facilities for guests to charge electric vehicles. The nearest charge points are in Thirsk (15 mins drive) or York Clifton Moor (15 mins drive)

We have just returned home after spending a week in the Spruce Lodge, at Hollybrook Lodges. The lodge itself was recently refurbished and to say that it came with a sense of luxury would be an understatement! The furniture and fittings in all rooms were first class and the finish in the main bathroom and ensuite were just stunning. The lodge had everything we needed and then some, the outdoor seating and hot tub area were the icing on the cake! The welcome basket, and not to mention hand made Christmas cake just made us feel so welcome. Cher was an amazing host and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay! I would 100% recommend a visit to Hollybrook Lodges and especially the Spruce lodge (if you can get it 🙂), it was the perfect relaxing break that we needed!

A little gem of a place! We were met by Pete and Pam, both the most friendly and helpful people, who keep this small site meticulous neat and tidy. Our lodge was peaceful and private with the added bonus of the hot tub. The lodge was squeaky clean with fabulously comfy beds. The kitchen has all the equipment and appliances that you would require. It is light and airy with acces to a sunny patio with views acros the fields. We cannot recommend it enough and will definitely be returning as there is so much to see and do in the surrounding towns and villages. Just a fabulous stay.
