York designer outlet is the perfect rainy day activity just 7 miles away. The market town of Selby is located just 6 miles away on the river Ouse with many local shops and delicatessens. It is famous for its historic abbey as well as for being part of the Trans Pennine Trail Cycleway. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is perfect for bringing the family together. Enjoy a home cooked meal around the dining table or relax on the sinkable sofas in the lounge with 55 Smart TV, while enjoying the woodland views out of the French doors. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the tools you will require for cooking up a feast as well as a centre island with bar stools. To the rear of the lodge are the three bedrooms, all of which are designed in a contemporary style with 32 Smart TVs in every room. One bedroom offers super king size zip and link beds and the master is king size with a large en suite shower room. The third bedroom is also a king size with plenty of wardrobes and storage. Completing this property is the spacious family shower room. The enclosed decking has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, wildlife ponds and woodland. Here you can relax with alfresco drinks in the seating area or step down to the large patio which holds a brick built BBQ, picnic bench and pergola covered hot tub proving to be the best place for catching the afternoon sun. The lodge is within an award winning holiday park with an array of activities for all ages, surrounded by beautiful woodland walks, cycle trails and countryside. Tennis courts, a fishing lake, a bowling green and bike hire are also available (additional charges apply). There is a general EV charging point on the holiday park but not specific for the lodge. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 2 king size, 1 super king size (zip and link beds that can be made up into 2 twin beds). 2 bathrooms 1 shower room,1 en suite shower room. Electric oven and 5 ring gas hob, dishwasher, fried/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee machine. Highchair and travel cot available from the park office (subject to availability and small charge). Smart TV in living room and master bedroom. Enclosed garden and decking area with seating and BBQ. Hot tub with gazebo. Parking for 2 cars with additional overflow parking. Bowling green, tennis courts, fishing lake, nature trails on site and bike hire (additional charges apply). Cafe and shop 0.5 miles. Please note that the on site EV charging point is located in the main park. This property cannot accommodate a Sunday arrival day unfortunately.
