Set over two floors you enter the property into the delightful living room which offers comfortable sofas and a Smart TV giving you a perfect area to relax in.

On the same floor you have a well-equipped kitchen/dining room should you not wish to dine out in the many restaurants and pubs close by. Also, on the ground floor there is the lovely family bathroom which presents a shower over the bath. On the first floor you have two good sized bedrooms, one with a plush double bed and the other with twin beds, both guaranteeing a great night’s sleep ensuring you are ready for the day ahead. To the rear of the property, you have a lovely private patio area which is ideal to have a glass of fizz al fresco style in the warm summer months. Stroll along the cobbles down the world-famous Shambles or take one of the terrifying night-time ghost walks which are a must.
