Five guest rooms include Classic Double, Classic Twin, Classic King-size Double and Single Rooms.  Families, couples and solo travellers/ business guests are all warmly welcomed. All rooms come with either en-suite or shared bathroom facilities, full central heating, ample wardrobe/storage space and put up beds can be organised in some rooms. Guests have their own communal lounge area with piano, comfortable armchair and sofa seating and a period fireplace. Breakfast is included in our great value rates.

Location/ Directions

The guest house is in the Clifton and Heworth area of York, only minutes from the city centre and with great views towards the Minster. Parking is onsite and we're easily reached off the York ring road. The station is within walking distance, and Amor Matris is ideal for Knavesmire and York Racing breaks. Heworth golf course and Clifton Park are both nearby.
